Lodging

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to circumstances beyond our control at the Sheraton, the NPA has had to change the official hotel for the Annual Meeting. The good news is that attendees will save $30 per night in lodging costs and also receive a $10 voucher. The room rate also includes wireless Internet access, bottled water, local phone calls, newspaper delivery, and access to the fitness center. Free transportation to and from the Annual Meeting will be provided. The National Summit on Gender and the Postdoctorate will also be held at the Radisson.

Radisson Plaza - Warwick Hotel

The new official hotel for the Annual Meeting is the Radisson Plaza - Warwick Hotel at 1701 Locust Street in Philadelphia, approximately 1.2 miles from the campuses of the University of Pennsylvania and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The entire group will be housed there for Annual Meeting. A Group block for the National Summit and Annual Meeting are being held at the Radisson Hotel at a special discounted rate of $135.00 per night.

Each guest will receive a $10 voucher to use at one of two Radisson's restaurants, Tavern17 and The Coffee Bar. This is a great area, and many wonderful restaurants are located within walking distance. The Sheraton has arranged free transportation between the Radisson and all events being held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. The bus schedule will be provided as soon as possible.

To make your reservation:
1. Log onto our Web site at www.radisson.com/philadelphiapa

If you have already made reservations at the Sheraton, they have transferred your reservation to the Radisson, and you have already been assigned a confirmation number. You should receive an e-mail by Feb. 5, 2010, with instructions for confirming your reservation at the Radisson. (Because of privacy issues, the Sheraton could not give your credit card number to the Radisson, and you will need to supply that to the Radisson in order to confirm your reservation.) Once you have received your confirmation number, please call the hotel directly at (215) 735-6000 or (800) 333-3333.
